Report Illegal Content

In accordance with Article 6-I-7 of the Law of June 21, 2004, known as LCEN, 1&1 Internet allows you to report any content likely to be considered an offense referred to in the fifth and eighth paragraphs of Article 24 of the Law of July 29, 1881 on freedom of the press and Article 227-23 of the Penal Code: advocacy of crimes against humanity, incitement to racial hatred, child pornography.
To report clearly illegal content hosted by 1&1 Internet, simply send an email to responsabilité@ionos.fr, specifying:
• the address of the site or page from which the content is accessible;
• content considered illicit;
• the date on which you discovered the content considered to be illegal;
• your identity (name and full contact details).
SOLéHo Environnement reminds you that the LCEN punishes any abuse of reporting with a penalty of one year's imprisonment and a fine of €15,000.
